Hi my friends! I'd like to know the structure of an adverb of time. Please help me.

J'aurais dit instinctivement qu'il faut prendre l'adjectif se rapportant à cet adverbe puis lui accoler le suffixe -ly mais à confirmer. Je suis loin d'être expert en la matière.
