Business ethics are fundamentally based on moral principles that regulate the way a business is led. Though these principles are applied in our daily life actions or behaviors in a society or in a community, and furthermore in business environment. These very principles are not limited to what is right or wrong, and behave in a right way. Let’s identify what would be unethical and illegal in a company would be to use (1) child labor, (2) copyrighted material (intellectual property theft), (3) corruptions. The business ethics practice would be to treat employees and employers fairly. A company is a moral entity and responsible for ethical appliance, thus decreasing any harm to the environment and work welfare in ways that no damage are operated in the company (or in a society). The Business ethics can then defined and implemented as a wide corporate responsibility.
