Susan Rowley lives in Swansea. She has got a small flat there near Park Road. It is on the second floor of an old house and from her window she can see the park and the sea. It is quite a modern flat and there are two rooms altogether : a living room and a bedroom. She shares the bathroom and the toilet with the people who live in the downstairs flat. There is central heating, which keeps the flat nice and warm. The rent is not too expensive, just sixty-two pounds a week.
