Pouvez vous me corriger ça svp ?
"yesterday Tolga watched (ou was watching?) Tv and he had seen a man overweight and he was very complexed about it this is why he was gone to the sportroom and after three months he lose 20 kilos. This experience had encouraged Tolga to lose weight too. He stood up (se leve de son canaper quoi) and looked at him in a mirror and say to himself "you have to do something else! You are overweight and it's bad for your health and you have seen that it's not impossible to lose weight so do something ! " so he took a book of fitness of his tirror to begin sport. He red his book with some exercices to lose weight. In fact this book was really good for the debutants like him. In this book there are tips to good do crunch, jumping jacks, legs exercices but what interested the most Tolga was running and he found tips about running in the middle of the book and he got very happy. He decided to go out for running. In the beginning he began with 5 minutes, then with 10 minutes, 15, 20, ... He was very motivated and ran quickly but people made fun of him because of his weight so he (se sent?) bad.He ran quicker to avoid these people and carried on with his running because he don't wanted to get sad because of people. He said to himself that they wont laugh when he will begin fit ! Unfortunately there where in front of him a woman with her dog who was talking with an other woman so he fell because the dog was in front him. The horse of the dog had touched his foot and has a knee pain. As if was not enough the dog has bitten his hand and the woman had not interrupted.For finish he came back home in the rain and with injuries on his knee and his hand. At home he was very perspiring and he was got silly. He had caught a cold. After that he don't wanted to hear something about sport and threw his fitness book."
